This note covers the details you share on this website, and how we treat the calls of businesses that use CallSense.

What we collect on this website

• The details you type into the report request form, such as your name, mobile number, email, business name, city and the way your team makes calls.
• Basic context about the visit, such as the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link, and your browser type.

How we use it

We use these details only to contact you about your report and about CallSense. We don't sell them, and we don't share them with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored in a private database that only the CallSense team can access.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing himanshu@callsense.in.

Call recordings of our customers

When a business uses CallSense, we process its call recordings on its behalf, as set out in our agreement with that business and in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Each business's calls are kept separate, are seen only by people that business approves, are never sold, and are never used to train AI models. The business can ask us to delete any call, or all of its data, at any time.
